Comments & New Recommendations |
TMED - Medical technology company - uses laser technology. BK - $1.03 - cash .61 - no debt - has brokerage coverage - a good trader. ADTX - a shell that is a shell that remains a shell, but one day before the end of the earth, this company will do something. FRCM - cheap but boring - management doesn't really care about shareholders - most recent quarter flat. CREB - re-manufactures fuel system components and other auto parts. Revenue for nine months $21 mil and .25/share. Cheap, cheap, but very boring. MCTL - a recent rocket ship. Press has been very positive - a keeper for now! LATS - clothing company - very, very cheap - $3 book - .25 in cash/sh, for the nine months $73 mil and .26 net - 4 mil shares outstanding, trading near 52 week low. Great core speculation. PCSH - Payless Cashways, Inc. (OTC BB - PCSH $1.62) - fifth largest retailer of building materials and home improvement products in the US. A great turnaround and possible takeover candidate. Revenue for 2000 should reach around $2 billion and earnings surprise, book value $7.80, market cap a mere $32 million. Under followed, severely undervalued and most likely worth between $6 and $8 within 12 months if earnings continue. PCSN - what can we say - up 100% so far since recommendation, new management, labor contracts signed, business looks good. |
