We recommended ALMI to our subscribers on 7/20/96 @ $2.00/share. We are placing a SELL recommendation on 3/4 of our position at the opening April 23,1998.. In our opinion what ever the Pres of ALMI says, the stock is heading south. The stock closed at $6.375 on April 22, 1998.

We believe that when all the dust settles from this internet frenzy that we will be able to repurchase ALMI at much cheaper prices.
