URGENT SELL RECOMMENDATION FOR DEC 9, 99

Dear E-mailer's             Thursday Morning 8 am (MST)

We initially recommended YARC on 1/20/99 @ .40 ! Currently because of
the Linux frezy YARC has moved to the  $ 2.50     .  We recommend selling
 50  % for a WHOOPER OF A GAIN!

Within our recent newsletter we placed another BUY recommendation on
YARC @.23!
Time to go to the bank!
