SA Advisory usually buys all recommendations prior to phone service, e-mail and newsletter recommendation on mentioned securities. The editor may buy, hold or sell positions in all securities at any time. The portfolios are all hypothetical in nature SA Advisory’s portfolios are geared toward sophisticated investors aiming for short, medium and long-term capital gains. By nature, the editor is a stock trader and his trading habits may vary at his own discretion. Most, if not all, recommendations are based upon strict fundamental analysis. Revenue and earnings estimates are the foundation for our recommendations. The estimates result from management discussion. We do not intend to misinform, mislead or hype our readers. It is prudent for all investors to review all filings with the SEC (10Q & 10K) and contact management before investing. Investing in securities are inherent to risks to your financial health. We give up! We convert! The market will never, never ever go down again! Every Bear will be arrested on sight and either be farmed out to the National Park Service or made into a rug. From this point on profitable companies will no longer be followed by Brokerage firms, and any corporation that demonstrates revenue and earnings growth will be disallowed from Mutual Fund ownership. All companies that are listed on all major exchanges that don't have a .com or active E-commerce site will be deleted from all exchanges and only be quoted in the "Pinksheets". The "new" Dow components will only contain the top companies that sport the most red ink and highest market cap. If any officer or director of said company is over the age of 35, he or she will be demoted and reeducated. In addition, if the company refuses to release daily press, which is worthless dope, then the SEC will be called in for non-fraud activities.

Finally, investors from this point on will be disallowed from buying anything that indicates a fundamentally undervalued opportunity.

Happy Investing,
William. Velmer
